The Neurosciences Institute's

Performing Arts Program Ambassadors

The Performing Arts Ambassadors is a group of enthusiasts who are committed to spreading the word about The Neurosciences Institute's Performing Arts Program and its only fundraiser, the annual Minding the Arts gala event, which occurs each fall.

The vital role of the Ambassadors is to:

  • Serve as advocates by bringing attention to the Institute's important program within their own spheres of influence, resulting in increased public knowledge about the program, potential media coverage, and increased ticket sales and sponsorships for the Minding the Arts event
  • Provide feedback that guides the Minding the Arts event without an expectation of participating on a traditional committee
  • Attend gatherings several times each year to remain up-to-date on the program and the latest details of Minding the Arts

Ambassadors will also spend time socializing, attending performances as guests of the Institute, and generally having a good time while spreading the word about this important program. Through their efforts promoting activities that will raise funds to offset the significant expense of the Performing Arts Program, Ambassadors will help ensure that this invaluable service to our local arts community continues.
